Acceptable Use Policy

Who and what this policy covers

This policy applies to everyone who uses KinLark. It covers your user inputs, including information, prompts, and requests; the AI-generated content you receive; and anything you save, share, or distribute from the service.

KinLark is an adult-operated tool for parents and caregivers to create screen-free activities for their own families. Children must not use the service directly.

Adult and sexual content is prohibited

You may not use KinLark to submit, request, create, generate, save, share, or distribute adult, sexual, sexually suggestive, sexually explicit, NSFW, pornographic, or sexually exploitative content.

Any sexual content involving minors—or content intended to sexualize, groom, or exploit a child—is strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to evade safety protections or rephrase, encode, or disguise a request in order to produce prohibited content.

Other prohibited use

Do not use KinLark for unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or exploitative activity, or to create content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Do not submit malware, automate or scrape the service without permission, interfere with security, overload the service, or help another person do so.

Do not submit a child's legal name, contact details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.

Enforcement and reporting

We may refuse or stop generation, remove access to content, limit use, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.

We may preserve information, cooperate with lawful requests, and report activity when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect a child or another person from harm.
